SHIPPING

:: Australia ::

All items are sent Express Post via Australia post. Items will be posted within 24 hrs of receiving your order. Orders will be sent to the address listed in Paypal unless otherwise specified.

We understand that our products are breakable therefore all items are packaged with the utmost care to prevent any damages. However, we cannot take any responsibility for packages once they have been sent.

:: International ::

For international delivery, please send us an email <info@i-mhome.com.au> so we can calculate shipping costs. Please note that all duties and taxes associated with the delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.


PAYMENT

Currently we only accept Paypal as a payment form. If you don't have a Paypal account, don't worry ... it's easy! Just head to www.paypal.com.au and follow the instructions. If you are having any difficulties, please contact us at <info@i-mhome.com.au> and we will help you out.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We will happily exchange goods within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us as soon as you receive the goods so that we can organise the exchange. Returns will be at the customers cost, however, the new postage will be free. Please ensure that the product is returned in the condition it came in and include all packaging.

We will not do refunds for change of mind purchases. Refunds will only be issued if the product is deemed faulty by I'm home and also by the supplier. 

In any case, please contact us to discuss any issues / concerns you may have before sending anything back! We will do our best to resolve any matters in the best way possible for everyone.
